Savour the season with our Chef & Brewer spring specials at The Chiltern Hundreds

You can feel it in the sunshine, hear the birdsong in the trees. You can see it in the fields, the smell of flowers on the breeze... 

A new season is finally upon us, and with it comes longer days, pleasant skies and a countryside in full bloom. We're inviting you to celebrate spring with us and enjoy everything nature has to offer, from beautiful views to memorable flavours. 

Our new selection of special dishes is a love letter to the bright spring months, making the most of quality ingredients from meat to vegetables. Tuck into our hearty Chicken, Leek and Cheese pie after a long dog walk or a day wandering around local sights, served with hand-cut chips, warm asparagus salad and beef dripping gravy. Or savour our Grilled Lamb Rump, served with salsa verde, roast potatoes, charred baby gem and fine beans, perfectly paired with a nice glass of red. 

We will be adding more delightful dishes to our spring specials menu to make the very most of in-season ingredients, so keep your eyes peeled for moreish starters, irresistible desserts and comforting mains over the coming weeks, including our Barfoots British Asparagus & Smoked Hollandaise, served with a poached egg and sourdough crisp, and our Peach & Elderflower Crumble, topped with brown sugar oat crumble and coconut vanilla ice cream.
