You can book a table before you visit, table service is still available and our Greene King Order and Pay app is another great way to place your order. We will continue to display the NHS Test & Trace QR code for those who want to use it

You and our teams may wish to wear a mask for peace of mind. Rest assured there is a smile behind every mask. Unless a customer has a medical exemption, face masks are mandatory when moving around the pub in Scotland. There is no such requirement for England and Wales.

We’re ensuring safe socialising in all our pubs by…

  • Allowing you to book a table before you visit, so you know you have a space to relax and enjoy
  • Unless the pub offers full table service, we encourage everyone to download the Greene King Order & Pay App so that you can order from the comfort of your own table

• Use the technology we have available to reduce overcrowding at the bar at busy times

We’re promoting good hand hygiene by…

• Having hand sanitisers at entrances and throughout our pubs
• Regularly checking and sanitising handwashing facilities in our toilets
• Ensuring our teams are trained to wash their hands throughout the day

We’re asking you to…

• Maintain your own personal hand hygiene to protect everyone

We’re taking good care of our teams by…

• Asking our team to maintain previous practice for personal safety. Whilst the risk of serious illness is reduced for people who have received two vaccinations the risk of catching Covid still exists
• Respecting the space of others to allow a comfortable and relaxing environment
• Requesting each team member has a temperature check at the start of every shift and they complete a health survey
• Providing regular training in accordance with the latest government guidelines, giving the team everything, they need to work safely, including training on social distancing and hand hygiene

• Respect our teams and any requests they have, to allow everyone to have a safe and relaxing visit

We are ensuring enhanced cleaning by taking the following steps…

• Enhanced cleaning with a focus on shared facilities such as toilets, baby changing areas, amusement machines and hot spot touch points
• All our sites use a range of specialist cleaning and disinfection products, specially designed to keep our staff and our customers safe. Our surface sanitiser is tested to UK and internationally recognised standards to kill 99.99% of harmful bacteria, as well as proven effectiveness against viruses
• Team members practicing regular handwashing throughout the day as standard practice
• Using trays to deliver food and drinks to your table
• Active cleaning throughout the day. You will see our team members cleaning throughout the day to maximise cleanliness for your comfort
• Our full menu is available via the Greene King Order & Pay App if you’d prefer to use this rather than handling shared menus. Rest assured we clean our menus regularly throughout the day for your safety
