Yep, the warmer months of the year have finally arrived and with them comes a burst of freshness on every plate. There's something about seasonal food that just puts a much-needed pep in your step, so come on down to your local Chef & Brewer pub and fill up on all the fabulous flavours of spring and summer.
Special by name, special by nature, our seasonal specials showcase everything we love about those heady, sun-drenched days – and you'll even find some delicious newcomers on the menu, too! Whether you're catching up with pals over a round or two of summer cocktails or you're in need of a well-earned rest after a brisk countryside walk, a plate of seasonal freshness is hard to resist... so you might as well treat yourself!
From our rich, creamy Devon Crab & Cheese Dip to our tempting Crispy Soy Pork Belly and light yet satisfying Roast Halibut, there's plenty to sample, so select your spot and soak up the sun with some superb seasonal goodness.
Ooh, we almost forgot about pudding (how could we?!) – well, it's nothing a fruity Pear Frangipane or a silky Lemon Posset can't fix. Now for the hard part: deciding what to try first!
