What's happening at The Shipley Bridge this Spring
We've got plenty in store as we head into 2026 at the Chef & Brewer collection. From special celebrations with the whole family to quiet catch-ups with your nearest and dearest, we'll take care of the food, drink, and setting, so you can cherish time together. Cheers to the Happiest Hours of the week
Join us for £5 drinks, 4pm-7pm, Fridays and SaturdaysWhether you've had a long week at work or the coming of spring has you in a beer garden kind of mood, nothing says "Happy Weekend" quite like a tipple or two at your local. But hey, we've got a little trick up our sleeves to make it even better...
Our happiest hours of the week mean £5 drinks every Friday & Saturday from 4pm until 7pm, between the 10th of April and the 1st of May. If that (along with some nice weather...hopefully) doesn't make April the happiest month of the year so far, then we don't know what will!
Lunch and a drink for £12
Bring back proper lunch breaks, that's what we say! Whether you're out and about on a countryside walk or stepping out for a little midday treat, we've got a little lunch deal that might just persuade you to head to a nearby Chef & Brewer pub... as if you needed any persuading.
Every Monday through Friday, 12pm-4pm, from the 13th of April until the 1st of May, you can tuck into any of the magnificent mains on our lunch menu with a select drink of your choice, all for just £12.
2 for £12 Cocktails & Spritzes
mix, match and raise a midweek toastSure, two for £12 cocktails and spritzes are great, but being able to choose ANY two from our marvelous drinks menu every Monday through Friday? Don't mind if we do!
In the mood for a sweet treat? Try our perfect Passionfruit Martini or our Limoncello Spritz. Fancy something with a little kick? Sip a rich Espresso Martini or keep things classic with a zesty Margarita. And don't worry, we've got all your favourites on hand, from our timeless Aperol Spritz to trusty Mojitos with plenty of fresh mint. A veritable smorgasbord of combinations!

Here they come – brighter skies, longer evenings, and beer garden catch-ups with your favourite people! The warmer months are here, and with them comes a burst of freshness on every plate at Chef & Brewer. Our seasonal specials celebrate everything we love about spring and summer, from vibrant starters like Devon Crab & Cheese Dip to hearty mains like Crispy Soy Pork Belly or light, satisfying Roast Halibut.
Our spring and summer specials will be available in our pubs from 2nd March.
