No bookings will be taken after 18th December 2025 if dining from the Christmas Day menu. No booking is confirmed until a deposit is received: £10 per adult, £5 per child if you are ordering from the Christmas Day menu. If you need to cancel your booking, please contact us ASAP as any meals not taken on the day may be charged unless 7 days’ notice is given. All items are subject to availability. Refunds & Cancellations:
If for any reason we are unable to host your booking, we will give you as much notice as possible and if we can’t guarantee a new date, and you are not happy to re-book in the future, we will give you a full refund of your deposit.

If you would like to cancel your Christmas Day booking, please give us 7 days’ notice, so we have a chance to re-book your table, then you will get 100% refund, whether that is for the whole party or a just a drop in numbers.

If you increase numbers, and we can accommodate, please ensure you pay the extra deposit when booking the additional customer(s) and if it’s a late change (after 11 December), your menu choices will be required within 48 hours of booking and no later than 18 December. If any drop in numbers or cancellations happen within 7 days’ notice, no refund is available.

To be eligible for your £15 voucher, you must make an online booking for one of our Festive menus, for a minimum party of four guests, by 31st October 2025. This includes paying a deposit, when making a booking for 7 or more guests. £15 gift vouchers are valid from 2nd January to 31st March 2026 – excluding Valentine’s Day 14th February 2026, Mother's Day weekend 14th and 15th March 2026. Only one gift voucher will be accepted per transaction. No cash alternative. The voucher may only be used in a single transaction and no change will be given. At least £5 of the total voucher value must be spent on food, including at least one main meal, which can include breakfast and sharers. Voucher cannot be used against the balance of the Festive booking. Voucher cannot be used against the purchase of gift cards.
