  • Available 12th November – 24th, 26th & 31st December 2026
  • A £5 per person and a £5 per child deposit is required when confirming your booking.
  • Confirmation of your booking will be sent via email and only provided once we have received the required deposit.
  • Full payment is not required, the deposit value will be redeemed in pub against the value of the final bill.
  • Menu pre-orders open from 21st October 2026. You will be sent an email with a link to enter your menu pre-orders online.
  • If you are making the booking between 12th November - 30th November, deposits and menu choices must be provided no later than 72 hours prior to your booking time. Deposits and menu choices will be required at the time of making a reservation if less than 72 hours from the booking time.
  • If you are making the booking after30th November, deposits and menu choices must be provided no later than 48 hours prior to your booking time. Deposits and menu choices will be required at the time of making a reservation if less than 48 hours from the booking time.
  • If you do not submit your menu choices by the above deadlines then we reserve the right to cancel your booking.
  • If you need to cancel your booking, please contact us ASAP. Deposits can be fully refunded if cancellations are made at least 72 hours before the visit date for November bookings, or at least 48 hours before the visit date for December bookings.
  • If you are due a refund under these terms and conditions please contact the pub you placed your booking with to arrange your refund.
  • If for any reason we are unable to host your get-together, we will give you as much notice as possible. If we cannot guarantee a new date, or you are not happy to re-book in the future, we will give you a full refund of your deposit.
  • If you wish to increase numbers, and we can accommodate, payment of the additional deposits will be required at the time of the amendment and menu choices for the additional customer(s) must be provided in line with the above deadlines. If you wish to decrease numbers at any time, any deposits paid will be retained and applied against the final total bill on the day.
  • Blue Light Card, Tesco Vouchers, AA and Gourmet Society cannot be used in conjunction with this menu.
  • Staff discount and Family & Friends discounts can be applied.
  • All items are subject to availability. All service charges and tips are paid in full to our team members and all tips can be processed via credit/ debit card.
