Terms and Conditions

• Christmas Day Menu

  • No booking is confirmed until all menu choices and a deposit is received: £10 per adult, £5 per child if you are ordering from the Christmas Day menu.
  • Confirmation of your booking will be sent via email, and only provided once payment of the required deposit has been made.
  • Menu pre-orders open from 1st October 2026. You will be sent an email with a link to enter your menu pre-orders online.
  • For any bookings made on or before the 11th December, menu pre order choices are required by the 11th December 2026.
  • For bookings made after the 11th December, menu pre orders are due by the 18th December 2026.
  • No further bookings will be accepted online after 18th December 2026. Guests wanting to book after 18th December 2026 should phone the pub to confirm any last-minute availability. Full payment and menu choices will be required at the time of making the reservation.
  • If you do not submit your menu choices by the above deadlines then we reserve the right to cancel your booking.
  • Payment in full will be required no later than 1st December 2026, and at the time of booking for any reservations made after this date.
  • Deposits are non-refundable if you cancel on or after 11th December 2026. All additional payments made would be refunded in full. A full refund of all payments will be made if you cancel before 11th December 2026.
  • If you are due a refund under these terms and conditions. Please contact the pub you placed your booking with to arrange your refund.
    If for any reason we are unable to host your get-together, we will give you as much notice as possible. If we cannot guarantee a new date, or you are not happy to re-book in the future, we will give you a full refund of your deposit.
  • If you wish to increase numbers, and we can accommodate, payment of the additional deposits will be required at the time of the amendment. Payment in full and menu choices for the additional customer(s) must be provided in line with the above deadlines.
  • If you wish to decrease numbers at any time, any payments made will be retained and applied against the final total bill on the day. Any credit balance will be refunded to you on the day.
  • No additional promotion or discount methods can be used in conjunctino with this set menu. This includes Blue Light Card, Tesco vouchers, AA or Gourmet Society. Staff discount and Family
  • Friends discounts can also not be applied to this menu.
  • All items are subject to availability.
  • All service charges and tips are paid in full to our team members and all tips can be processed via credit/ debit card.

• Boxing Day

  • Menu only available 26th December 2026.
  • A £5 per person and a £5 per child deposit is required when confirming your Boxing Day booking.

  • Deposits and menu choices will be required at the time of making a reservation if less than 48 hours from the booking time.

  • Deposits are non-refundable if you cancel less than 48 hours before your booking time. A full refund of your deposit will be made if you cancel more than 48 hours before your booking time.

• Breakfast with Santa

  • Breakfast with Santa is available on 12th, 19th, 22nd & 23rd December 2026 (site dependent) 
  • This offer entitles customers to one kid's breakfast, and one kids drink from the Breakfast with Santa menu, a visit with Santa and a small gift for £12 per child. Customers can book online via the pub’s website, in pub or over the phone. £5 deposit per person must be paid at time of booking.

  • The deposit value will be redeemed in pub against the value of the final bill.
  • Deposits are non-refundable if you cancel less than 48 hours before your booking time. A full refund of your deposit will be made if you cancel more than 48 hours before your booking time.

  • If you are due a refund under these terms and conditions, please contact the pub you placed your booking with to arrange your refund.

  • UK residents only. Children must be always supervised by a parent or guardian during the event. All items are subject to availability.

• Festive Spread

  • Available 12th November – 24th, 26th & 31st December 2026
  • A £5 per person and a £5 per child deposit is required when confirming your booking.
  • Confirmation of your booking will be sent via email and only provided once we have received the required deposit.
  • Full payment is not required, the deposit value will be redeemed in pub against the value of the final bill.
  • Menu pre-orders open from 1st October 2026. You will be sent an email with a link to enter your menu pre-orders online.
  • If you are making the booking between 12th November - 30th November, deposits and menu choices must be provided no later than 72 hours prior to your booking time. Deposits and menu choices will be required at the time of making a reservation if less than 72 hours from the booking time.
  • If you are making the booking after30th November, deposits and menu choices must be provided no later than 48 hours prior to your booking time. Deposits and menu choices will be required at the time of making a reservation if less than 48 hours from the booking time.
  • If you do not submit your menu choices by the above deadlines then we reserve the right to cancel your booking.
  • If you need to cancel your booking, please contact us ASAP. Deposits can be fully refunded if cancellations are made at least 72 hours before the visit date for November bookings, or at least 48 hours before the visit date for December bookings.
  • If you are due a refund under these terms and conditions please contact the pub you placed your booking with to arrange your refund.
