Our new dishes: first sneaky peek

Fresh, bright and seriously citrusy, this little number is perfect for when you fancy something light yet satisfying. A vibrant mix of roasted veg, fluffy couscous and a zingy Yuzu dressing to bring all those fabulous flavours together, it's a little taste of sunshine when you need it most.

Ooh, now we're talking – this delicious dish is one heck of a treat and then some! Pistachio is really having its moment in the spotlight lately, and we couldn't be more delighted, because this perfect pud is absolutely smothered with the good stuff! Plus, if you're a big fan of light, buttery choux pastry, trust us when we say it doesn't get much better than this!
