Make the most of May
Come together and enjoy the May bank holidays
The skies are brighter, the days are longer and the world is in full bloom - there really is no month quite like May. Better still, with two bank holidays, its the perfect time of year for some well-deserved rest and recuperation.
Bank Holiday Bubbles from £15
A long weekend always calls for tipple or two, particularly something fresh, fizzy and toast-worthy. Luckily, we're giving you the opportunity to enjoy a bottle of something special for less than you might think between the 2nd and 5th of May and again between the 23rd and 26th of May. Pop the cork on a bottle of Prosecco DOS or Prosecco Rosé for £15, or really push the boat out with a bottle of floral yet fruity Chapel Down 'A Touch of Sparkle' for £25.
Rise and Shine
Whether you're eager to start the day with something sweet and decadent, such as our Maple-Bacon Buttermilk Pancake Stack, or you'd prefer our fresh yet filling Smashed Avocado on Toast, there's bank holiday bliss in every lovingly prepared dish.
(*Please note: a few of our pubs aren't open for breakfast, please double check local pub websites before you visit.)
Savour the great outdoors
Bank holidays were made for beer gardens. Dining al fresco? Sipping something delicious and refreshing in the open air, be it a perfectly poured pint of crisp cask ale, or glass of quality wine? It's the stuff of dreams, especially when you can treat yourself to some of our seasonal specials, like our Barfoots British Asparagus & Smoked Hollandaise, followed by a decadent Peach & Elderflower Crumble.
Let your troubles drift away and spend some quality time in one of our well-kept pub gardens surrounded by the beauty of nature and of course, the people you love. Sink into our comfortable seating, feel the sun's gentle warmth on your face, and allow yourself to thoroughly unwind.
Perfect pub lunches
Picture this - you're at your favourite country pub, sat at your favourite table with your favourite people. The best part? It's a bank holiday in May and you have absolutely nothing to do other than tuck into a delicious family lunch.
From hearty, soul-warming roasts with all the trimmings on Sunday to lighter bites for smaller appetites, our menu is brimming with seasonal flavours to help you make the most of the long weekends.
Plus, we'll be launching a new menu on the 7th of May, so keep your eyes peeled for new delicious offerings.
