Humble Bumblings: From Produce to Pub

Here at the Chef & Brewer Collection we proudly source British ingredients for our menus, working with the best of British farmers who lovingly nurture best in season produce. From asparagus plucked on the south-coast to the ripest strawberries harvested in the heart of Staffordshire, only the best ingredients are sourced for you to enjoy on our seasonal dishes.

Our chefs take great pride in ensuring all our guests experience the highest quality food, preparing seasonal menus that change weekly to celebrate the best of the Great British countryside.

We took a trip down to the South Coast to visit our friends from Barfoots who showed us the care and attention that goes into harvesting our asparagus that makes its way onto our Spring menu.

We have also visited Driscolls, specialist berry farmers based in Staffordshire, who showed us what goes into farming the ripest, sweetest strawberries that can be found weaved throughout our seasonal specials.
