As we reopen our pubs, we appreciate that you may have lots of questions so we have collated the most common ones below to help you. If you still have more questions after taking a look below, please get in touch with guestrelations@greeneking.co.uk and someone will be able to assist you.
Below you'll find answers to the questions we have been asked most.
TABLE BOOKINGS

You can book a table online via your local pubs specific webpage via the ‘Book’ option on the menu bar or alternatively contact the pub directly.

Please contact your local pub to enquire about a large party booking, their contact number can be found at the top of the pubs webpage. Alternatively, please select ‘Large party enquiry’ from the booking form drop down. This will only be an enquiry until the pub confirm your booking.

As part of our social distancing promise we’ve reduced the number of tables available, this means we need you to book ahead of visiting to guarantee availability and to help our team safely manage the number of guests in our pubs at one time. A small number of our pubs will require booking in order to visit, please check your pub website for more information.

If you are having issues booking a table online, and your pub is open from the 6th July, please contact the pub directly via phone and they will be able to assist you.
TAKEAWAY

We’re always working to develop and add to our menus, our website will always be up to date with any new additions. Our current takeaway selection includes top pub favourites that will still taste as good once you get them home

You can place orders for the same day e.g You can place an order at 9am to be collected at 9pm on that day

If you’re collecting in a car
1. When you arrive at the pub please park in a designated click and collect takeaway bay
2. Call the pub and confirm your order reference number and car park bay number
3. Open your boot and when your order is ready we’ll place it inside
4. We’ll leave you to close your boot and drive home to enjoy your food
If you’re collecting on foot
1. When you arrive at the pub please follow the signs to the collection point
2. You’ll be greeted and asked for your order reference number
3. One of our team will place your order on our collection table for you to collect and enjoy -
If you are purchasing alcohol you will need to bring photographic ID with you such as a passport or driving licence.

Unfortunately, it isn’t possible to change your order once it has been placed. Please get in touch with the pub directly to see if there is anything they can do.

The safety of our team and guests is of utmost priority; we kindly ask that you do not attend our pubs to use the Click & Collect service if you are ill and/or experiencing symptoms of COVID-19.

To make sure we can get everyone's orders ready on time, there's a limited number of slots available for any given time period. We calculate this based on several factors, so we may have to ask you to choose a later collection time.

ORDER & PAY

No, we recommend that you place an order at the bar to ensure that your discount is applied.

Hooking detection was added for Android following a review of recent penetration test results. It will cause the app to fail to open or operate correctly for a compromised/jailbroken Android phone, and flag the hooking protection controls by design as a safety precaution to prevent the potential leveraging of sensitive content (Banking apps use similar controls).
VOUCHERS & GIFT CARDS

We are pleased to announce that we are extending expiry on all gift cards. If you hold an active gift card that had not expired prior to 21st March 2020, and was purchased prior to 6th July 2020, you will have an additional six months to redeem that card. You can check your gift card balance online here.

For details on your pubs opening hours, please visit your pubs website where you will be able to see their specific opening hours

Head over to the main entrance where the Pub Safe host will manage your visit. If you have a booking you will be seated at your table, if you do not have a booking then you may be required to queue outside until a table becomes available. Booking is advised.
