SPRING SUMMER MENU NOW HERE

As the season finally begins to change and Spring shows a hint of promise that brighter days are on their way, we find ourselves seeking out fresh new flavours and lighter options in preparation for Summer.

Our chefs have been hard at work creating a new menu that is designed to fulfil all of our Spring food cravings. With fresh new seasonal dishes and improvements made to some of our best-loved classics, there’s something for everyone to enjoy at Chef & Brewer this Spring.

Courgette & Harissa Flavoured Rice Skewers

To make sure you start off on the right foot we have designed a selection of new starters for our Spring menu. One to look out for is our new Courgette & Harissa Flavoured Rice Skewers, not only do they look amazing, they taste incredible too! A chefs favourite, they are served with houmous and lemon oil, whilst the harissa flavour gives the skewers a spicy and fragrant taste that gives this dish a real kick. Harissa is widely used in North Africa and Middle Eastern cuisines and it will have you dreaming of long hot days and tropical destinations in an instant.

The Ultimate Vegan Burger

We are particularly proud of our New Vegan burger. So much so, we’ve aptly named it "The Ultimate Vegan Burger." A delicious meat-free burger, topped with fried onions and a melting vegan slice, in a toasted poppy seed bun with mayo and shredded iceberg lettuce, it’s served with house slaw, barbecue dip and chips and for the uninitiated, you would never know it’s vegan-proof!

Summer Garden Bowl

Making things personal is at the top of our to-do list this season and that’s why we are inviting you to personalise your dish to suit your taste buds. Our new Summer Garden Bowl is perfect to top it your way. This new dish is packed full of flavour so whether you’re looking for a vegetarian, vegan or a meat option this dish is for you!

Summer Fruit Sundae

Sweet Treats are never far from our mind and we are super excited about our new Summer Fruit Sundae. Packed full of fresh fruit it practically tastes like Summer in a bowl: Fresh pineapple and raspberries, mango sorbet, clotted cream, peach and pear pieces, raspberry coulis and toasted almonds this sweet treat is also available as a vegan option! What’s not to love?!
