Chef Recommends

We recommend starting your Father’s Day meal off with our Roasted Red Pepper & Sweet Potato Kofta Skewers, served with beetroot houmous and a cucumber & mint dressing - They taste as good as they look, plus they are suitable for vegans too: double winner!

Our head chef Steve recommends the Chef’s Signature Mixed Grill. A total meat feast, Dad is sure to love this Chef & Brewer take on a classic mixed grill. With a 5oz rump steak, chicken breast, 7oz gammon steak and pork sausage, there’s plenty for him to enjoy!

All partnered with a black pudding, fried egg, onion rings, half a grilled tomato and a choice of triple-cooked chips, jacket potato or dressed salad he's going to love it! Just make sure he leaves room for pudding!

Don’t forget, if you’re dining with us after 7pm puddings are on us! That's right, we will treat Dad and the whole table to a free pudding.

Fancy something a little different this Father’s Day? Why not go all out and try our Grilled Hake with Chorizo and King Prawns. Served on a bed of pesto crushed new potatoes with a red pepper ketchup, it’s a summer delight! Paired with pan-fried king prawns, chorizo and samphire and served with a heritage tomato gratin it’s a dish that really makes the most of the fresh summer season.

Brewers Select

Cheers To The Big Man

Raise a toast to the man of the moment this Father's Day from our refreshing drinks range. From Gins to Whisky's and everything in between, our Father's Day drinks range is sure to impress.

Treat him to our Gin Of The Moment: The Japanese number, Roku Gin is smooth and silky with botanical notes from Japanese citrus fruits and sansho pepper for a light spicy finish. Served with Schweppes 1783 Crisp tonic and garnished with orange, we think Dad will approve!

Gin not his thing? No worries, we're confident he will love our Brewers Select beer! Brewed by our very own master Brewer Ross O’Hara. He has created a refreshing new light golden ale especially for Chef & Brewer. You can find out more about it here >

Brewer’s Select celebrates the age-old tradition of serving beer with food and complements our Father's Day menu perfectly. And with a generous serving size, it’s even better for sharing or will keep his glass topped up throughout the meal!
