We launched a competition earlier in the year to find the UK’s best family recipe. We went on the hunt for a wholesome family favourite dish that always gets everyone around the dinner table. With delicious ingredients and indulgent flavours there was one clear winner and we are delighted to announce that Lyn’s Rum Bread & Butter Pudding took the crown! The perfect autumnal pud, Lyn’s unique take on the classic dish was a real stand out.
Designed from Lyn's homemade recipe, she has been perfecting this recipe over the years and we can’t wait for you to fall in love with it just like our judges did! Served with a bourbon butterscotch sauce and custard it’s a real crowd pleaser.
