Our Autumn Specials Menu


Packed full of seasonal ingredients and warm, rich flavours, synonymous with Autumn, our limited edition menu, exclusively available at Chef & Brewer's until the 10th November is sure to tickle your taste-buds.




Potted Beef

Seasoned with horseradish and chives. Topped with celeriac remoulade, with truffle oil seeded crostini, sliced gherkin, radish and lamb's lettuce.

Stilton & Pear Tart

With caramelised red onion chutney and candied walnuts. Served with a balsamic dressing and lamb's lettuce.



Corn-Fed Chicken Supreme†

On a butternut squash & sausage meat croquette. Served with crispy leeks, buttered spinach, crispy sage leaves and a white wine & wholegrain mustard sauce.

Toffee Apple Burger

Hand-pressed beef patty topped with sticky toffee apple pulled pork, smoked cheese, gherkin and crispy prosciutto. Served with skin-on fries and autumnal slaw.

King Prawn Fettuccini Arrabbiata†

In a garlic, olive, chilli & tomato sauce. Served with crispy sage leaves, grated cheese, spinach and rocket Swap king prawns for grilled halloumi (V).


Venison Madras Pot Pie

Hand-finished with a seeded puff pastry lid and a grilled red chilli. Served with carrot & swede mash, buttered cabbage, Tenderstem™ broccoli and parsnip crisps.

Mac 'n' Cheese Surf & Sirloin Turf †

28-day-aged sirloin steak with a burnt ends beef mac 'n' cheese, topped with smoked cheese and pan-fried king prawns. Served with half a grilled tomato, lamb's lettuce and your choice of steak sauce.

Upgrade to 14-day-aged fillet steak for £4

Choose your signature sauce: Creamy Peppercorn, Garlic & Mushroom or Merlot & Beef Dripping.



Spiced Apple & Damson Cake

With Bramley apple crumble, Bourbon butterscotch sauce and custard.
