Greene King Chef & Brewer ‘Mothering Sundae’ Competition - Terms and Conditions
1. The competition is open to all UK residents aged 18 and over, unless stated otherwise (except employees and families of the Promoter and its affiliate companies, agencies and anyone professionally connected with the promotion). 2. An Eligible Participant will be automatically entered into the Promotion if they: share what they love about their mum via the Chef & Brewer website, between 6 and 24 March. 3. One winner will be chosen at random to win a £500 experience day for two. 4. All valid Entries will be entered into a prize draw for a chance to win the Prize. The Prize winner will be chosen at random from all qualifying entries received during the Promotion. 5. The winner will be contacted directly using the contact details provided. 6. Full details of the Prize will be supplied to the winner following notification. 7. The winner will have 10 days to claim their prize, if the winner does not claim within 10 days of being notified, the prize will automatically be forfeited and Greene King has the right to select a new winner. 8. The winner should allow 28 days for the prize to be delivered, after the prize confirmation. 9. The competition will commence on 6 March 2017. The closing date for receipt of entries is 23:59 (GMT) on 24 March 2017. 10. Entrants shall not submit any material that contains software viruses or any other computer code, files or programs designed to interrupt, destroy or limit the functionality of any computer software or hardware or telecommunications equipment. 11. Greene King will not be responsible for any technical fault or failure which prevents a person from entering the competition. 12. Greene King takes no responsibility for any entries that are lost, delayed, corrupted, damaged, incomplete or otherwise invalid. 13. Entries may be rejected (at the sole discretion of Greene King), including for reasons of obscenity, defamation or invasion of privacy. 14. Any personal data provided by, and relating to, the Entrants will not be disclosed to a third party without the individual's consent. Personal data relating to Entrants and their nominee will be retained by the Promoter for a reasonable period after the Competition closes to assist Promoter to operate competitions in a consistent manner and to deal with any queries on the Competition. 15. The winner’s name can be obtained by sending a stamped SAE to Greene King Press Office, Sunrise House, Ninth Avenue, Burton upon Trent, Staffordshire DE14 3JZ after 26 March 2017. No other correspondence shall be entered into concerning the result and the Promoter's decision is final. 16. The winner MUST agree to take part in reasonable publicity. 17. The Promoter reserves the right to amend, terminate or temporarily suspend this promotion if, in its absolute discretion, it considers it necessary to do so, save that the Promoter shall not exercise this right unreasonably. 18. The Promoter reserves the right to exclude any entries which it believes to be fraudulent or based on misconduct. 19. The Promoter reserves the right to withdraw the prize where necessary should winners not meet the necessary requirements.
