We like to think our passion for wine really shows and we're extremely proud of our wine collection. It's full of over 30 wines from around the world – all of which have thoroughly earned their place on our wine menu.

Flagstone Noon Gun, Western Cape, South Africa
Noon Gun is made up of a staggering blend of different great varieties. All the varieties are fermented separately and must be able to stand alone as an individual, high quality wine before being considered for the blend. The result is a multidimensional and unique wine.
Tasting notes
The wine shows honeydew melon, orange peel and cinnamon on the nose. The sweet fruit on the creamy palate leads into a zesty, crisp, lingering finish. This wine is a great complement to creamy poultry dishes.

Penfolds Koonunga Hill, Chardonnay, Australia
Penfolds are the dominant wine producer and vineyard owner in Australia. There really is a vineyard in Koonunga Hill but it produces red grapes for Australia’s most prestigious wine-Grange.

From the founding father of the modern Californian wine industry, this is Napa Cabernet at its best. Hand-picked grapes are selected from the very best Napa vineyards, given extended maceration and matured for over a year in French oak barrels to soften the tannins.

Deep and dense with perfumed aromas and delicious flavours of blackberry, cassis, black olive and dark chocolate. Smooth and supple, with fine-grained tannins, good acid and a lengthy finish. This is a powerful wine that needs flavourful food, try it with grilled marinaded beef ribs.
