Bombay Sapphire
The Bombay Sapphire gin is based on a secret recipe that dates back to 1761. The 10 botanicals used to create Bombay Sapphire are far from secret – they are pictured on every bottle – but what is secret is the exact quantity of each botanical used to achieve the perfectly balanced taste which is the trademark of Bombay Sapphire. Rather than the current, the Bombay Sapphire gin recipe is based on one of the earliest recorded recipes for a premium quality London dry gin, originally created in the north-west of England in 17961, the secret recipe has been passed down from generation to generation ever since.
Tasting notes
Taste Bombay Sapphire and at first the exceptionally smooth spirit is light and crisp. As it begins to fill the mouth the hidden complexity of the spirit is revealed as the harmonious notes of the 10 perfectly balanced botanicals are relaxed. These fresh, 100% natural flavours combine to create a gentle, aromatic taste layered with zesty citrus, delicate nutty oils, rich exotic spices and a hint of sweetness before ending with light lavender notes and a long peppery finish. There are no limits to the mixability of Bombay Sapphire. It’s prized the world over for its ability to create refreshing long drinks as well as delicious classic and contemporary cocktails

Glenfiddich
The pioneer of the prestigious single malt Scotch whisky category, our Glenfiddich 12 Year Old is today enjoyed by more people around the world than any other single malt whisky.
Our original, signature single malt Scotch whisky has matured for at least 12 years in American and Spanish oak casks. The quality of these casks is exceptional as all are individually tended by our experienced team of on-site coopers, ensuring our whisky develops complex, elegantly rounded flavours with notes of fresh pear and subtle oak.
Glenfiddich is little changed since 1886, when William Grant and his nine children rolled up their sleeves to build the Distillery with their bare hands. These same silent warehouses and steamy mash rooms produce the world’s favourite single malt Scotch whisky today.
Tasting notes
With a distinctively fresh and fruity nose with a hint of pear, Glenfiddich is a beautifully crafted single malt with a delicately balanced fragrance. The taste has characteristic sweet and fruity notes, which develops into elements of butterscotch, cream, malt and subtle oak flavour. With a long, smooth and mellow finish it’s a drink to savour.

Gordon’s Gin
Gordon’s is the oldest London gin in production, established in 1769 by Alexander Gordon. The high juniper content gives Gordon’s its distinctive taste. Quality is an important part of the production process - 95% of botanicals are rejected through a careful selection process, meaning only the best ingredients are used in the liquid. Only twelve people in the world know the brand recipe and distilling process. Gordon’s is Britain’s No.1 Gin and has been awarded four Royal Warrants since 1925.
Tasting notes
Gordon’s Gin has a pine fresh juniper, fresh lemon nose with a fresh Juniper, lemon, sweet liquorice taste. As well as juniper berries our recipe includes coriander seeds, angelica root, liquorice, orris root, orange and lemon peel. Coriander gives the dry and citrus taste (rather than lemon or orange peel that gives a blunt and overpowering taste in many other gins). Angelica is the magic ingredient that ties together the other botanicals to give a long and complex flavour.
Jack Daniels
We do things a little differently around here – and that’s what gives Jack Daniel’s its distinctive character. We Charcoal Mellow our whiskey drop by drop, then let it age in our own handcrafted barrels. And we don’t follow a calendar. Our Tennessee Sippin’ Whiskey is ready only when our tasters say it is. We use our senses, just like Jack Daniel himself did. In fact, more than a century later, our Tennessee Whiskey is still judged the same way. By the way it looks. By the way it smells. And of course, by the way it tastes.
Taste overview
Jack Daniel’s Tennessee Whisky: A timeless taste since 1866. The distinctive taste comes from the charcoal mellowing process. A well-rounded flavour, medium amber colour with caramel, vanilla and wood notes.
Tasting notes
Because no two barrels can occupy the exact same space within the barrelhouse, the whiskey that emerges from each barrel naturally holds a difference in character. One barrel may develop with more hints of vanilla and caramel. Another may mature with more toasted oak notes.

Bacardi Superior Rum
In 1862, Don Facundo Bacardi Masso created the world’s first premium aged white rum in a small distillery in Santiago de Cuba. In creating Bacardi Superior rum, Don Facundo set the standard for all future rum production, a process that has not changed and is still upheld buy our Maestros de Ron today. 148 years on, we continue to celebrate this inspirational spirit, a spirit that has been handed down through eight generations of the Bacardi family.
Tasting notes
Bacardi Superior rum is the perfect mixing spirit due to its balance of character and smoothness. This vibrant spirit revolutionised cocktail making and inspired cocktail pioneers to create light, refreshing, crisp cocktails that we know and love today such as the Mojito (1860’s) and Daiquiri (1896), the Cuba Libre (1900) and the famous Bacardi Cocktail (1917).
Sailor Jerry
Sailor Jerry is a straight-up, no-nonsense rum. We craft the spirit from a selection of rums distilled in the Caribbean. Our master blenders “marry” the rums to our exacting recipe and then infuse it with our one-of-kind mix of spices and other natural flavours, most notably vanilla and a touch of cinnamon.
The result is high-quality, old-school spiced rum; an enduring classic, not a fly-by-night fancy.
Taste overview
With an intense vanilla, dry buttery toffee and subtle cinnamon nose; Sailor Jerry has warm spices of cinnamon & nutmeg with rich vanilla taste. A long dry finish balanced with a subdued sweetness and a hint of burnt toffee. Smoothness is the key to Sailor Jerry's versatility. Enjoy it how you like it - straight, mixed or in a cocktail.
Macallan Sherry
The long journey from acorn to glass begins in the forests of Galicia, Cantabria and Asturias in northern Spain. In these ancient forests grow the mighty Spanish oaks that one day will provide the casks in which The Macallan Sherry Oak is matured. From this rich timber, the logs are quarter sawn to provide the ‘stave’ lengths and then air-dried, firstly in the north and then the south of Spain. The staves are then fashioned by hand into casks in the cooperages of Jerez, where traditional toasting changes the chemistry of the wood, adding another vital ingredient to maturation.
Taste overview
The Macalland Sherry Oak is exclusively matured for a minimum of 10 years in Spanish oak casks, handcrafted and sherry seasoned in Jerez, Spain. This delivers a classic Macallan style, wonderfully rich in colour with dried fruits, spice and chocolate orange.
